I havent really got a favourite team, but here are my opinions.
I would say that England should be happy with 3 points and the other result has gone very well for them. As for the performance it was very good in the first half but in the second half quite poor. They were made to look like an ordinary team clinging onto a 1-0 lead especially when Owen was not replaced with another pacy forward. Cole and Terry made too many slack passes and overall England were not holding onto the ball well. This performance doesn't show a change in the mentally of the players and coach from world cup 2002 and euro 2004 where it became too predictable often with a 60 yard ball to a target man. I can see England getting unstuck again unless things improve which no doubt they will.
Overall English people must be pleased as its 3 points in the bag against a decent team but definetly more is needed after the 2nd phase.
I have been most impressed with Argentina as they showed creative quality and also a pretty solid defence.
Portugal were quite decent against a plucky Angolan side but much the same as England they managed to get 3 points and there is more to come.
Holland will get better as the world cup progresses and they have potential to beat any of the top sides. They should be delighted to get 3 points in a tricky match and with Van Nistelroy, Robben, Van persie and Van Bommel they will score goals.

It is not yet the right time to say so because we may say that we are satisfied or happy about the performance as soon as we have reached the final and why not be the winner so far...this is the dream for all the teams and all the fans...isn't it ?

my favourite team is Australia because i live there.
I am happy with their performance because just qualifying for the World Cup is better then I hoped... this is the first time we've qualified in 32 years... different teams have different goals.

Yup so far Portugal has produced enough to get the vital first 3 points. And Cristiano Ronaldo was brilliant, but unfortunately he didn't get the ball into the net but had great chances to. So was Maniche and Simao.

Well happy with T&T, they were great against Sweden!! And Brent Sancho (ex Dundee player) was brilliant!
Not pleased about England winning with an own goal, shock horror, jammy as usual, everything goes their way.

I am happy with their devotion to a game witch should at least be a draw. Dutch have been scared, we should took an advantage of it. Now I feel a bit depressed.
