Yes. I believe that all living being has a soul or the spark of divine consciousness in it.But in human beings it is more developed by the course of the evolution. Unfortunately it is veiled by our ignorance, Our mind is the instrument of a false personality our ego brings a false sense of personality. so We live in the superficial level of ur being. If we can silent our mind, we can go deep by persistent sadhana or practice which has Been prescribed by the scriptures and the saints Avatars then surely on day we can know our soul and be identified with that. It is my conviction.

A sole is a fish. Or the bottom of your foot, which is outside your body. You can talk to your sole. But it won't reply. Because it's a fish.

It was just a spelling mistake and everybody knew it then why instead of answering the question directly people tried to make fun of the question, it is wrong.

What makes you think you are not? What do you think your connection to God is? The soul is the part of you that survives death. It isn't a separate thing to talk to. You would be talking to yourself.

If your soul is controlled by God, then how come we choose which path we walk on?
God is within us all giving us the free spirit to choose. We have so many choices taken from us in life but our soul has the choice how it grows or withers. It grows full of light, or darkens the soul but it isn't God who is in control of that, we are. He is within us to guide us onto the path of enlightenment, as the devil is so to speak trying to pull us onto the path toward our own gloom

You mean 'soul'? Yes, you can't see but you can feel it. Just like the breeze, you can't it but you can feel its presence. When you are happy, it's your soul that feels the happiness. When you are depressed, it's your soul that suffers. So if you want to be happy, try generate happiness from inside.
