OK, Hypothetical : It's too late for abstinance. She's pregnant. Now what? I think with the recent media attention to adoption centers being overcrowed understaffed and underfunded, those kids grow up to have horrifying childhoods, that isn't a plausible alternative anymore.

So give me a solution. Why don't you adopt a 13 year old boy thats been in foster homes his whole life?

I want to adopt an older child but dont have the money. Do you think there are grants for that kind of thing? As for other solutions, send the baby to a relative or let a friend adopt the baby.

I've noticed that you've been asking some heavy questions on here, and I think I'll weigh in on this one. There are still plenty of couples that want to adopt. Most of them, unfortunately, want a new born, so many times the 13 year old boy is SOL. But, this gives the pregnant teenager a viable option. Another thing that she could do is learn some responsibility and care for the child. If the girl is thinking about the baby, then she would probably try to give a better life via adoption or just working really hard to raise it. Abortion is nothing but selfishness.

Have the child and adopt out....get with some Church and offer your child to anyone there thru secret connection of course......or by time she carries him/her she may want to keep him/her/them...
Up to the parents what they want. Abortion is death/killing an innocent victim.

I asked a question earlier, see it...I think we should all have the JOY/privilege of having our own child at least once, then adopt. Government should make adoption easier.

I think when God said we become one, that is also saying that happens when we have children, as they are an equal part of each of us making a whole.

I would adopt a child no matter what age if I had not had children and been more informed.
I think older parents would be ideal for older children. But the cut off age should be around 50 as you do want to be around to see them raised.
