realistically speaking copy from your friends but change the language (as in content)

make a chart. starting today. its the 12th of june, make a list of things u wanna accomplish for each day so u know what to do for that day. such as.... finish 4 pages today, on the 14th finish bibliography, 16th: proofread, 18th: final copy, 19th print

If you're seriously asking this question, you need to go back to your first year and start over. Earning a Ph.D. is supposed to teach you organization and critical thinking skills. Apparently, you haven't learned either.
