well i think sunrise bakery is a good name its lucky make your slogan( warm and fresh every morning to you) or just warm and fresh it imprints in customers that your bakery is number one linking positive images of the sun in a new day and the feeling of warm and fresh bread that they will want try and from luck side bakery has element of fire so and sun is fire element too just make sure your door is not north south and east doors are best according to feng shui good luck!!!

How about "The Typo". Your slogan can be "We can't spell good, but we bake a bitching cake." Misspell the slogan or the name to better emphasize.
