When I was learning VB, I created a program to calculate probablility of winning in Poker. I set it up so that the program would use random number generation to put 52 cards in order (shuffle), then dealt 10 hands (one for me and one for each of 9 opponents) and 3 community cards. Then the program had to evaluate each hand to see what the highest possible poler hand is, and determine the winner.

The output of the program was a list of the hands that I had and whether or not it won or lost (AA, AK, AQ, etc.). The program ran 10,000 hands and then output the percentage chance each had of winning (assuming no one ever folded).

It was pretty simple if you know the game.
