Yes it does but you have to work at it.... I don't necessarily mean french maids outfits and your husband coming home dressed as a fireman (Although that one worked for me!) but making sure you spend real quality time with each other when they come home because you've planned to and therefore have something to look forward to.

Preparing a romantic dinner, candle lit bath together.....

11 years and still very much in love.

Not always, sometimes my mind is on the 9 million things i have to do around the house. But, quite often I can't wait to get home to be with him. I also sometimes miss him when I'm at work after we've spent a nice weekend alone together. I get used to having him around (awwwww). We've been together for 7 years.

My boyfriend and I have been together a year and have been living together for 8 months. No, my heart doesn't race when he comes home usually - it races more when he doesn't come home!

Yes, usually with frustration because he's later than I expected or he heads straight for the computer. We've been together 3 years, lived together 9 months.

we have been married for 15 years now.yes, my heart still races not with the excitement and eagerness of the early years but with a deeper sense of joy and happiness and just pure contendment that he is home once again.you cannot spell teh word HOME without the alphabet H....because a home is not a home if the Head of the home i,e the Husband is not in yet.coz home is where the heart is.

Everytime my man comes home my heart skips a beat when I hear his key in the door, when he calls/emails me I get goosebumbs and I can't wait to see what he has written.

I love the way he looks at me and gives me huge hugs, nothing can beat the feelings I have for him.

Yeah, it does, especially when I look into his eyes - I just wanna be close to him. Together now for 6 years and getting married in 2008. You have to work at it tho!

Oh, yes, my heart races when my non-existant husband comes home. I get butterflies. I say, "Welcome home, non-existant husband. How was your day at your non-existant job?" And then I give him a little kiss, and you can use your imagination from there.
