Old DUI-New License-New State?

Question

I have two prior DUI convictions (1989 & 1992) from another state. I never attempted to get my DL back and In 2000, I relocated to another state. I am now in need of a DL in my new state. Will the prior convictions prevent or hinder my getting a DL now? It's been 14 years.

In some states it might. You will have to check with your current state to find out.

It follows you around for life. It won't affect your getting a DL or your insurance, as long as you behave yourself.
