Having a "fair" child is all a part of genetics. Nothing more, nothing you can eat will change the baby's looks.
On the other hand, what you eat DOES directly affect the health of the baby. So if you want a healthy baby, eat right and try to stay fit. Follow the food pyramid, talk to your local doctor, choose a diet that's healthy and works good for you.

There's nothing you can eat to get a fair child and you should inform this fact to your husband too.
Colour of the skin is based on genetics (your and your husband's skin colour). Your child can be anywhere from your skin colour to your husbands skin colour. If either you or your husband is fair, then there may be a chance of you having a fair child. And even if this child is dark, it's possible the other child will be of lighter colour.
Eating food affecting the colour of the child is a myth in India and Pakistan. The most important thing should be that you love your child no matter what.

There is nothing you can eat to have a fair child. If your husband wants a fair child he should either have the baby himself or marry a Caucasian women. Genetics is what it is, whatever the color of the parents most likely baby will have the mixture. but who ever has the strongest gene baby will get. Just be thank-full for a new life instead of the color of your child. Tell your husband or let him read this: GET OVER YOUR-SELFISH EGOTISTICAL WAYS>

There is nothing you can "eat" it's all up to genetics. If your husband can't be happy to have a healthy baby maybe you should explain to him all the people that would just be happy to have a baby no matter what it looks like. I have friends who have been trying to have kids for 7 years with no luck I can tell you they wouldn't care what a baby looked like. They would just thank God they have one. If you think there is something you can eat to have a "nice and beutiful fair child" I worry about your maturity and lack of common sense

Eat healthy for your child not for the preferences your selfish husband hopes for!You should love your child no matter what!I worry about you as a parent for even entertaining the thought that you can eat certain foods to get a fair child!!!

fair as in blonde? its not what you eat, its what the genes are, If you are both blonde, the baby will be blondeIf you both have black hair and dark skin, the baby will be the same. If you are anything in between, its a toss up. Either way, You will love the baby.
