Do you mean HASBO or ASBO???

ASBOs were introduced in 1999 and act as a warning not to repeat the behaviour in question or risk going to jail. There are serious concerns that young people who are neuro-diverse eg with Aspergers Syndrome are having ASBOs slapped on them, without understanding hpw their impairments make them behave how they do..
