Becoming who you are going to be for the rest of your life. That's pretty much what it comes down to....Growing mentally, emotionally, physically, maturing, preparing to face the world head on...and staying somewhat sane throughout the journey.

A teenager has to make decisions on their own, while hopefully including the morals their parents have taught them. They will go through many changes in mood, attatude, clothes and social scenes. I feel that a parent shouldnt try to influence a teenager too much on how they should be. If a teenager listens to a certain kind of music or dresses a certain way you should support them, and let them be who they want to be. (to a certain extent that is.) Being a teenager is all about finding yourself and having fun with it!

Finding out who they are....becoming who they are. They go through many changes. Some will include the morals/values you have tried to instill in them but some things they will have to experience for themselves because they want to make decisions for themselves.
