I mean does the younger generation hang around gay bars or what? Arn't they smart enough to realize that styles come and go and that for 20 years (1960-1980's) shorter shorts and jean cut-offs on guys was the only way to go? I just can't get used to the hick feeling I get when I wear long shorts. Arn't shorts supposed to be short? Listen, just like jeans are going to get tighter, men's shorts will get shorter again. Why?? Becasue of money. Fashion money. Then this younger generation will find out how it feels to be out of style in their old baggy knee length "pirate pants." As for me, I don't follow fashion trends. I like the sun and I like freedom of movement, so I cut off my old jeans right below the pocket! If people think I am gay, then that's their problem. People usually think the stupidest things about other people anyway so if your basing your oppinion on a particular style, you are way shallow and need to grow up.

I think it’s totally up to you whether you want to fallow the new fashion trend or not. I believe in be different that’s why I made my own style. What people think isn’t important, what you think, what you feel, what you love to wear is important. On the other hand you always find some people, who love to make you feel bad. So if you love to wear shorts then just wear it .

Why did you ask? You already answered your own question. "I don't follow fashion trends". People are sometimes shallow and have opposing ideas on fashion. Have you been wearing short shorts since the l960's? maybe that is why you are worried? Wear you shorts. If you are covered up around the general public, then its your thing! Who's business is it?

2 be honest I don't see why U care what other people think.I mean it's your own right,wear what U want,do what U want,who's stopping U? Take me 4 instance,I'm a punk,I died my hair dark black whit neon red tips & neon green,pink,purple & silver highlines,and the front part that coveres my eyes is a neon blue,I have a tattoo on my back that I love 2 show off & I have diferent colored contacts.I also love dresing diferently,one day I'm all gothik stile,the next I'm all prepy(even thou I hate it). Ya people look at me & my friends weard & disaprooving,but we dont give a f**k!!!!!!!!! & you'll see that it's fun being an outcast :P
