Absolutely! I've *never* understood why it seems "more reasonable" for (mostly women, but by no means ONLY women) to (a) moan about men's fidelity and then (b) decide to screw around or lie or whatever themselves and then divorce, saying "and, by the way I'm having your house and half your money too" and for the law to support them in this!
It's NOT too difficult to demonstrate blame - it's just evidence like any other evidence; there are no special circumstances to marriage which make the breach of a marriage contract any less meaningfull than the breach of any other contract - so the consequences and penalties should be the same. One day we'll recognise this; but until then, people will be getting away with it...

Look use a brain...
There was nothing whatsoever wrong with her job as long as she was not...
Doing it against her will due to threats of violence and being pimped...
Or worse trafficed and a sex slave...
If was a willing participant all she was, was a rent a girlfriend for the lonely and that can be a good thing giving practical lessons to shy guys. Or so waht if she made some rich guys happy...
Only those part of some sick cult called chriaitntiy that thoughout history did little more then abuse women, gays and burn alive girls for healing the sick if not running child abusing kids homes and hurting teenagers could think there was something bad about that that made her bad...
If the hubbie was me if she had been abused I would want to hug and cuddle her...
If not would want her to show me all her professioanll practiced skills as part of love play and affection as she would be good at it...
Most people have been with many others... in her case it was just her job thats all and by the sounds of it lots of fun and well paid.
Thats the correct way to think not the witch burner abuse cult way

I note that you said "alleged" behaviour. That would mean that it is unproven. Are you trying to say that someone should be pilloried for allegations? In any case, probably everyone has something in their past life that they have tried to put behind them and it it is not relevant to a current event or period in their life, it should not be brought up. As to the claim that "once a slapper, always a slapper", that could just as easily translate into "once a sanctimonious git, always a sanctimonious git".

if her past conduct was the reason for the divorce then yes it should be taken into account, they just do not get on, he has one of the biggest egos in the land, and to feed this he goes about saving this and saving that using the press to further his own ends, now that his marriage is on the rocks and his wifes horizontal past (as you put it lol) has come to light he doesnt want any media attention, the macartneys live in cloud cuckoo land let them get on with it, she will get her settlement and hopefully that will be the last we hear of any of them

Everybody has a past that's what it should be left in the past. Was he complaining when she was sleeping with him and had a child by him???Let the lady leave the marriage with some dignity so her child won't be reading about her mother for years to come.

Does it matter? Does it truely affect your life, and by that I mean mental and physical well being. The fact is that it most likely does not, so dont worry about it. And p.s. Find a new hobby.

What does murder have to do with her career. Wasn't that in the past. She prob wants to forget about it, who knows her situation back then, she should have told but maybe he will feel her explanation is sincere enough.
