Forget cucumber slices and expensive creams. The best treatment for tired eyes is fresh Aloe Vera. You simply break off a piece of the plant, squeeze out the white liquid and apply to your tired eyes. It may make the skin around your eyes feel quite tight but after a good nights sleep you'll look 100% better.

Well you didn't mention if you smoke, as that has a lot to do with it.? if you do try to give up..... and if you don't, place 2 slices of cool cucumber over your eyes and Lie down for 10 Min's, then rinse, and apply dark circles eye cream tapping gently around the eyes with your fore finger, for at least 5-Min's each eye, this helps tone, and will help with the circulation around your eyes. also make sure that you get enough rest. OK hope this helps.as i did have the same problems, and i have found much improvement by working at this method 3 times a week.

Hmm- bet you wish people would stop telling you to get more sleep? I have had eye shadows since childhood and am sick of it myself!! I sleep 8-9 hrs a night and drink plenty of water but like freckles they are a discolouration and stay.

I have found cooling eye gel from the body shop works well (it has seaweed in it). To cover them I use either 'quick concealer' by clinique or rimmell hide the blemish (would you believe as good as the expensive stuff). Touch eclat works too but no cheaper 'light refelecting' ones do.

grind some cucumber or fresh potatoes in the mixie, squeeze out the juice, keep it in a clean bottle inside the refregerator. dip cotton ball in it and use on the dark eyes twice a day for 15 minutes, 4 days a week. And enough sleep is also a fast cure.

Poke them out then tippex over what remains.

You'll have got rid of the tired eyes and what's left won't look dark.

Buy a cold pack eye mask or put a bag (ziplock) full of frozen veggies and set it on eyes for a few min. It will take swelling down. Also...clinique "all about eyes" works wonders
