Yes I always wear my seat belt. My parents hammered it into my head growing up, over and over: "Always put on your seatbealt in the car!'
I grew up in the 80s, so I saw tons of PSA's reminding kids to 'Always buckle up', and who could forget all those crash test dummy ads: 'Kids, dont be a dummy! Always buckle your safety belt!'
I do it out of habit, I dont even think about it. Putting on my seatbelt is as natural to me as starting the car. It's probably a good idea I wear it anyway, I like to drive REALLY fast. I have never been in a high speed accident, but who knows what could happen?

Yes, always, for safety reasons. A seatbelt can make a huge difference. If you don't wear it you're likely to get badly injured or even die in case of an accident, while people who use a seatbelt often get away with minor injuries or not a scratch at all. And it's not just your own life and health you have to consider. You might kill or injure the person in front of you if you're in the back seat without a seatbelt (in case of an accident you hit the back of the seat in front of you and it pushes the person sitting there forward with great power, making them hit the windshield hard with their head, among other things).
So not using a seatbelt would be very irresponsible, not just towards yourself, but towards the people who are with you in the car. Health is incredibly valuable and worth protecting it as much as possible, especially when it's as simple and easy as fastening a seatbelt.

Yes, force of habit.
I also tell my daughter in the back seat in her very own carseat that I want to hear three clicks before I start the car. There are far too little stories of people surviving car crashes because they didn't have the seat belt. It is either by fluke or stupidity that got them in that situation in the first place.

I know this doesn't make any sense, but I always wear a seat belt when I'm driving and not when I'm sitting in the passenger seat. When driving, it is habit for me to automatically put on seat belt before I even start the car. But for some reason, people have to remind me to put it on when I sit in passenger seat. It's usually my daughter that reminds me.

Not at home. But in a car, yes. For both safety and legal reasons.
