I don't know of any software for removing a BIOS password. It's basically baked into the firmware of the chip. But there are other ways to solve the problem.

If you're using a desktop, then
-turn your system off
-find and remove the CMOS battery
-remove the CMOS password jumper (if your system board has one)
-leave your system off for at least a minute or more
-put the battery back in and boot up
(keep in mind that this will clear any special settings you have for your system including boot devices and drive geometry)

If you're using a laptop, then that gets much more difficult. Getting to a cmos can be hard, and many laptops have a security chip on the system board that you won't be able to get around. You'll have to contact the vendor for the master password.
