Does he say "Laugh and Cry" or "Effin' Cry"? Because I have the caption on on my TV and they use both of them on different shows.

I used to hear the Effin cry also, but after listening closely it is LAUGH and cry.

Its laugh and cry. If you do not listen closely it does sound like effin' cry. But its really laugh and cry.

It is officially "laugh and cry" but people have always thought it was "effin' cry". Not surpising based on Stewie's vile mouth,,,,,,,
