This means he doesnt really want to be with you, he may just be stringing you along. Actions speak louder than words, when someone loves you they show it in their actions. I never believe what a person, especially what a guy says, I look at how they treat me and how much they want to be around me.

Darling, 2 things he could like you and just doesn't know how to show you or he could be stringing you along. any which way i think you know that you could be doing better things with your time than waiting to find out, If he does like you he will be impressed that you have your own life nad come after you anyway,if he wasnt interested in the first place....Next!!! Go out have fun life's too short to be waiting around for an uncertainty.

Maybe he's just having some problems that he's not ready to share with you yet or some problems that he needs to sort out first.
Maybe you can ask him if he needs some help or if something is bothering him. Try to reach out to him. If he still seem to be keeping his distance, forget about him and move on.

Doesn't seem like the dependable type to me - Lady, move on and get yourself someone who loves receiving your calls, speaks non-stop for hours on end, whispering sweet-nothings in your ears !!!!!!!!!

You can probably answer this one yourself - but if he is this "cold" when you are not even going out I can't see that he is going to make a whole lotta effort if you are going out.
Mebbee he is just really shy tho - only you can judge,

Well maybe he really really likes you thats why he is ignoring you.you should ignore him most of the time so that he will run after you..you get it.Thats what happened to me once and kinda worked ..he..he
