TAKE COURAGE. THERE IS HOPE.
Try to be yourself in front of him. Don't be like "You need to like me" kind of thing when you talking to him. Reinvent yourself. Go to the gym, learn some skills, wear presentable clothes, improve your communication skills then I'm sure along the way, you will outsmart the other girls that he knows.

"He's just not that into you!" I had the same thing happen with this guy who said he really liked me. Everytime I called him, he never answered. He would call me back sometimes though. Finally, I got tired of it and stopped calling him. He didn't call back. If he really wants to talk to you, he will call you. My boyfriend calls me everyday. I'm glad I got rid of that other guy.

Then how is it that if he wants you to be his girlfriend??? He must speak or talk to you sometime!!! If he never answers your calls, then where is he??? You might want to ask yourself that one??? Obviously, not waiting by the phone waiting for you to call!!!

Distance yourself until he makes as much effort as you. Relationships are all give and take and it seems you are giving way too much and receiving little.
Words are cheap.
Action is what counts.
