i had formatted my c partition and when it boot up, it says that do i want to start the windows normally stuff like that, any option i chose it still doesnt load my xp..

boot your PC with a WindowsXP bootable CD, press any key to boot from CD then wait until this massage appear:
to Install windows XP press Enter! then hit Enter key.
after that you see massage say that there is Windows XP installed on your system, do you want to restore/repair it!
press R to repair it! you don't loos any data or program that installed!

you have committed a blunder. you have formatted your windows. windows by default install on C: partition but you have erased it now the only way is that you have to reinstall windows in your comp.

u have to set default ur CMOS
and reload ur window XP
