Get rid of white foods (except cauiliflower)
Drink lots of water
Substitute sugar for colorie free sweetner
smoothies makes great snacks (1 cup skim milk, toss in frozen berries, 4 ice cubes and sweetner packet)
replace mayo with mustard
join a gym....(60 minutes on the treadmill 3-5 times a week will reduce fat...30 minutes only maintains your weight)
invest in good running shoes
take a multivitamin (with chromium)
go online, to the library and look for lowfat recipes
eat a handful of almonds (unsalted)
sorbet is less in calories than ice-cream (really sweet, so you eat less)
chicken, fish
olive oil is best
1 egg
a portion is a fistful
if you must eat fast food, kiddie meals are best - don't feel guilty, it might take getting used to learning to live without...
eat before you grocery shop
eat before you go to family functions
eat before a date
get plenty of sleep
eat at your table, no where else in your house

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

I am Nishant . Best Thing to reduce weight is to wake up early in the moring and do this exercise before eating anything.........
1)take a deep breathe
2)release it little little BUT forcefully
3)dont inhale the air till u dont have air inside
3)do it in this way that ur stomach goes inside and out
THIS EXERCISE WILL DEFINATELY REDUCE UR WEIGHT UP TO 250gms PER DAY

Try this :get up in the morning , mix one tsp honey in one glass of warm water n drink it before u eat anything else. after that don't eat anything for an hour .Take only 2 meals a day . ur meal shd consist of more fruits and salads.opt for fresh fruit juices rather than cola.always prefer walking rather than using an escalator.walk while u watch tv. n the best thing u can do is CLEAN UR HOUSE.good luck!

Thats right, when you join a gym you automatically lose weight, its ******* magic. You dont need to go to the gym and work out and be bored off your face of running on the same spot or anything.
You could however go to the gym five times a week and gain square shoulders so you look like most american blokes who model themselves on a lego figure my 2 year old cousin lays with.

weight watchers is the best I've used. they teach life long habits and they are fun and professional. good luck....p.s. i forgot to tell you, don't get in a hurry, just let the wight slip off with this program. my problem with weight was always not wanting to stop and think, problem is there was nothing to think about, I just needed to change my habits...
