try http://www.yousendit.com you can send files to other people that are too big for email attachments. Not sure about the filesize limit, but I'm pretty sure that 111 mb is ok.

if possible, just burn the file into a CD. And send the CD physically. Because 111MB is way too big to conviniently transfer over internet unless you have a high bandwidth Internet connection.

Try zipping the file, although it might not do much since mpeg format is already a compressed format.

Or try piecing the file into several smaller chunks and send the smaller chunks individually. You should google for a program to piece the file for you.

I think the only thing left to do is find a way to compress it (Windows Movie Maker might be able to) or upload it to a server and email the link. Another possibility is to torrent it, but I haven't even figured out how to do that, just download from a torrent. 111MB is far too large to be traveling by internet anyway unless it absolutely needs to be high quality.

zipped the file and email it. Zipping a file is compressing it to make the file smaller. The recipient should have an unzipping program to view the file, you should have this type of program to compress the file as well. Consider WinRAR.
