Wow, that's gonna be a problem.
There are two main ways to "permanently" delete files in Windows:
1) Delete to recycle bin, then empty recycle bin.
This can be reversed with most recovery programs.
2) Shift-Delete. For some reason, this one is a lot harder to reverse. Only a few programs can reverse this.
You can try File Recover or Final Data. I know File Recover 5, for sure, can recover shift-deletes.

Go to Recycle Bin which u can find on the Desktop
(main screen) of your computer. Click on the folder u want to restore back to its original location and click on "Restore this item" on the left side. Ur folder will be automatically placed at the location from where it was deleted.

u held shift while deleting, means gone outta recycle bin.
can b easily recovered man, just get urself a utility called Rescue Drive or any other data recovery software from download.com

just go to Recycle Bin (Trash can) and right click the folder, choose "restore". The restored folder should be seen in its original place.
