My daughter just finally outgrew her country music stage, and graduated to pop. I can handle that, I've been listening to the local pop station.

If I were to pick a classical piece, I'd probably go with Opus 49 of the 1812 Overture, I love Tchaikovsky. Yep, I just listened to it again, and (aside from AC/DC) any orchestra/band that has somebody playing a cannon is alright by me.

But I only listen to classical when cleaning my house. I'm more of an 80's metalhead actually.

Generally, no, I don't listen to music while answering questions.

I'll listen to news programs if I'm answering questions in the morning or through the day. If it's late in the evening like now I'll listen to jazz (but NOT smooth jazz) on the radio, until some of the avant garde stuff comes on. Then I'll just listen to the night coming in through the windows.

I listen to music all the time, whether i am answering questions or not.

Most of the time i listen to Sky, an 80's instrumental band who covered not only classical styled music (with modern instruments) but also covered contempory songs by the like of the beatles and some others and also wrote their own music sometimes (incidently their version of Bach's "Toccata and Fugue" is awesome. Its called toccata and i can maybe send you a copy if you want.)

On occasion. It's easier to listen to music and answer questions than it is to watch television and answer questions. Especially if you're watching Jeopardy. Do NOT try that unless you want to end up very confused.

I more often listen to radio than personally-selected music, and my station of choice is usually Triple-J from Australia (via the internet).

Beethoven!?? I think I love you :X
I usually don't listen to music while answering. I play it all day so I like the quiet. No, on the guitar , not the stereo. :)
