Switzerland is probobly the safest place on earth. Low crime rates, they dont have any problems with anyone so no terrorist attacks. people there are very nice. and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Dubai is also a very safe place to live even though it is in the middle east but it is very safe. I also heard Sweden was very safe.

Middle of the American continent - Midwest. Like Idaho, Utah, Colorado. No Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Attacks, Anything. I'd only reccommend one of those places though if you mountain bike or rock climb.

A cemetery. Very little crime or danger. Per Capita, cemeteries have the lowest incidents of rape, drug crimes, murder, assaults, property crimes, theft, and vandalism. At any given time, more than 95% of cemetery populations are completely law abiding citizens. The few problems caused are the result of the occasional drunk teen or angry ex wife getting carried away with some vandalism or similar.
