Nope, it only means that we hunger for something that we like. Our body tells us that we are lacking certain nutrients by making us dizzy, causing us to have deficiency diseases....basically responding physically, not mentally.

yes your body will tell you what to eat if you listen unless its like chocolate or just something good but when you say NEED to have liver and you don't necessarily like liver you body is telling you you need some of the essential vitamins in liver
