As anyone who has seen the Department of Defense "footage" released about a month back can attest to, you can't really tell WHAT it was that hit the building...

There are a lot of theories, I don't believe Flt 77 made that impact. but until American Jounalists get some 8alls and start reporting the truth instead of what they are told we may never know.....

Your question is well asked. There are many people who believe what was presented as fact on September 11th 2001. Why would anyone disbelieve the obvious?
The facts are not quite straightforward. In *fact*, many of the so-called facts are in dispute. The evidence of the strike on the Pentagon by a 757 is tenuous to say the least. The manoevre required to put the jet in a position where it hit the strongest part of the building was said to be next to impossible, even for an experienced pilot. But the official story is that an incompetent man who was denied permission to fly a Cessna pulled it off. All the other so-called "evidence" must be examined in the light of this.
The video referred to is inconclusive. There are alleged to be other videos which were confiscated by the FBI. Until these are released, then no one can say absolutely what hit the Pentagon.
What needs to happen now, is another compehensive enquiry covering every aspect of 9/11. The 9/11 Commission failed to address many issues. Without a proper enquiry, the truth will never emerge. The freefall collapses of the Twin Towers, the fall of WTC7, the NORAD stand down, the strange events surrounding the crash at Shanksville, the weird response of the President when told what was happening: these are just some of the events which need addressing.

look..i live in Northern Virginia..about ten minutes drive from the Pentagon..i've seen it hundreds of times..I've worked for an air conditioning company and installed a/c's in the parking lot guard booths....I'm not sure what hit the pentagon..because i didnt see it..but if a plane numbered Flight 77 disappeared off the grid at the same time the Pentagon is hit by something..I would imagine its the plane..If you had seen the traffic this caused in the Northern Va area..people were walking down the highways to go home..anyone who doesnt believe a plane hit the Pentagon..is very smart..and anyone who wasn't insulted by this act isnt American.

What a good question. I saw the video over and over and only saw a streak of light. I have no idea what they were showing on the video. I have heard others say that an airplane never hit that building, but if it didn't what happened to Flight 77 and the people on board?
