most football hooligans are identified by their respective countries...as such, it's important that the germany's police liaise with the other countries police to get their database on the hooligans...those hooligans are prevented from entering germany at all exit/entrance points.... for british hooligans, their passports will be seized by their government until after the world cup season.

I am an American living in Germany, and I can tell you that they have increased the police presence all over Germany, but especially near the stadiums. There are also international police from Poland and other countries here to reinforce the Germans. Hope it helps.

there r currently 400 policemen from all over europe on the look out for hooligans in germany working hand in hand with german police. ...so far so good.
