I feel sluggish,tired and heaviness in the body,inactive

Alot of things could cause tiredness. But at 55 you should still have plenty of energy. Best take your question to a physician's office and get a complete physical complete with blood count, you sound anemic.

No i dont think is a disease altho u might be sick but something normal go to sleep early eat healthy all the time i kno u want that junk food but u have to stop also stop with the coffee if u drink hot chocolate is healthy not coffee....Dont smoke or drink...also get some honey

are you eating the right diet for yr age. overweight can cause you to be like this also.

you could be suffering from depression or other dieases....... your best bet is to check with your Dr. about anything that could be wrong...... if you feel like this often and daily

maybe your not getting enough or good enough sleep?
maybe you should talk to a doctor or something about it.
