I think it depends on your preferences and profession. There aint much makeup made specifically for male, i know JPG does have its own line of male make-up products.
But in the age of metrosexual man i guess as long as you dont overdo in the make-up section its still pretty much acceptable by the general public, any more and u're gay

I would certainly think someone named MrBob would definately wear makeup. Why not if they feel prettier in the makeup. Just make sure you go to a professional makeup artist so you can get the right shade of makeup. And don't wear too much, you will look cheap that way. After you get all pretty MrBob, then go out there and find a nice guy to spend you life with. :)

To each his own. I don't have a problem if a woman or a man wears makeup or chooses not to. And yes it's definitely sexist to say men shouldn't wear makeup IF you insist that women should.

I think that the men who wear makeup look really disgusting. What I mean is the men who wear makeup not for plays or movies, but on their daily lives.

Bob,
If you have skin that needs to be covered, you need to use a mineral makeup. Minerals are natural and LIGHT. If applied correctly, no one will know you are wearing it.
I highly recommend Jane Iredale Minerals. Also, they just came out with a mens line called H/E.
Go to http://www.janeiredale.com and see if you can find a salon near you to help you with what you need.
DO NOT buy the stuff off QVC or some infomercial. They only have three colors and there are more than three skin colors in this world!
Good luck,
Irish Mom

Men should wear makeup if it makes them look better. No point making the rest of the world suffer when there's a remedy for ugliness in my opinion. It would also help them gain some confidence.
Same rules for women. If they feel it makes them look and feel better, they should absolutely do it.
THe only problem I forsee is people using makeup but looking worse because they over-compensate with it. But everyone needs to learn.

i believe its sexist to say that men cant wear makeup, i dont see anything wrong w it if a guy wants to correct or inhance his features then let him, i cant stand to here that men cant wear it, especially when some makeups are designed by men, besides alot of women look like shyt the way they put on makeup and cant get enough tips on how to correctly put it on, i guess all the men starring in xmen the last stand are wrong for wearing makeup and/or movie makeup.

Minimal makeup is fine. They can try using tinted moisturiser with SPF which not only protect their skin from the harmful UV ray and at the same time provide minimal coverage if they wanted to hide some minor flaws. Tinted moisturiser looks natural too.
