If you don't see a filler tube anywhere you should see a fill cap. Usually it's red in color and is located right on top of your trans. This particular tranny is a little different in the way you check your fluid. What you need to do is raise the car up or just enough so you can crawl undeneath it. You want the car to be as level as possible though because after all you are checking the trans fluid so you don't want it up too high in the air. Next look under the passenger side of your transmission right below where the axle plugs into your transmission there is a 10mm bolt sticking out of it. With your car running (and it's also a good rule of thumb to have someone in the car with their foot on the brake while you are underneath the car doing this) take out the 10mm bolt. If fluid comes out in a constant stream that means it is full. If not take off the cap that I mentioned earlier on top of your transmission and pour fluid in it until you see it coming out in a constant stream where the 10mm plug was. Once it does screw the plug back in. I know you are probably thinking that this method sounds different than what you are used to but that's the way it's done. I have worked on GM transmissions at a Chevrolet dealership for more than 8yrs. Hope this helped you out. Good luck to ya.....

dan741226 is correct. They really making it hard for a person to service their own car. AND to top it off, it cost even more when the Dealer do it. IF, you can, try to learn to check this and in time it not seem like a pain as you will be familiar with the routine.
I will add this thought. Even though this seem weird and hard to do, it does provided a more accurate means of checking the proper level of your Fluid. With a Dip Stick it can be a little confusing (To some people) knowing where the actual level is with the car running.

it only has a cap if its automatic. And if it's manual then you wont be able to check it without tools.
