what does it feel like because mine feel hot and my nipples are red. Is this what its supposed to feel like, I didnt have this the last time?

I just had a breast exam done by my doc and he said everything was fine that was on tues.

It changes sometimes from one pregnancy to the other. The last pregnancy i had my breasts became tender but my nipples were fine. This time both the breast and the nipples are really sore. The nipples burn all the time and are already cracking, but yes it is normal.

I never had that problem with my breasts during pregnancy. I have been pregnant 4 times. I had had breast soreness, but never read and hot. Could be an infection.

Maybe you have an infection? Heat and redness anywhere can be a sign of infecton, talk to your OB.

this is very very common do not worry the main thing that happens is with your breasts so do not worry at all ok
