All major airlines in India have many daily flights between Mumbai to Delhi. The fares between these two destinations are unbelievably cheap (as low as less than Rs. 2000/= for full service flight !! ) if booked well in time. You can try Indian, Air India (originating / terminating international flights subject to seat availablilty), Kingfisher, Air Shara, Jet Airways, Spicejet, Air Deccan....

Nearly all Airlines opearte daily flights on the Mumbai-Delhi sector. Some operators like Indian Airlines and Jet Airways operate multiple flight on the route.
If you want a low cost airline you can choose Go-air it is the best low-cost airline in India.

reasonable ones are air deccan spicejet if u book the tickets 3 months in advance... they are really cheap then.. and the service is also good. ive been thru air deccan so i can tell u for sure tht itss service was gud except for the delays.........
