Yes, he does scare me. I do not like him one bit. He is way too involved for an owner. He needs to sit down and shut it. I want the Mavs to win, but I wish he wasn't the owner.

I think the guy is great for sports. I wish the Portland Trailblazers had him as their owner. Our billionaire owner is totally inept. A geek who never played sports. He just fell into his fortune because he teamed up with Bill Gates. Cuban has a passion for basketball. He pays a ton of money in fines, but he doesn't care. The players and fans like him. The other owners and David Stern think he is a jerk, and he is to some extent, but he puts his money and heart where his mouth is. I like the fact that he gave a first time coach, Avery Johnson, and an African American coach which is rare in major sports, his unconditional support. Dallas is two more games from vindicating all that Mark Cuban has said and done. The only people he scares are the other NBA owners.

Mark Cuban is actually a great guy who contributes greatly in the Dallas area...hes is a very wise man who loves to stir up controversy in the NBA because he knows its good for bidness...hes a genius marketer and that is why he has the image that he created...he believes rivalry's are good business...he is a great owner and every team in the NBA would be lucky to have an owner who is willing to do what it takes to put a winner on the floor....never underestimate the heart of a champion can sometimes be applied to owners.

I don't know about all that Napoleon stuff or the god-complex but he does scare me. All the time. And he thinks it's funny.
Sometimes when I'm brushing my teeth and not paying attention he'll sneak into my bedroom and scream at me.
Or sometimes I'll be coming around the corner into the hallway and he'll be standing there with a knife and a hockey mask.
I always jump and call him a jerk but he just laughs and laughs.

I think he's the best thing that's happened to the NBA in years..an owner who's not just interested in the money side.
The players in Dallas love him..no one here is asking out. He puts his money where his mouth is (which sometimes takes a real chunk of money) and does what it takes to produce a winner.
Let's see how many free agents want to come play for Mark and Avery.
