as long as you are in good shape you can continue to exercise normally. Remember it is not an illness being pregnant. When you are in your last trimester, you might think it hard to exercise cause your body is heavy and your lungs work hard as it is, you'll regulate exercising. Being in good physical shape is good for the baby, for you and for the giving birth-job ahead.

Keep the heart rate below 140 beats per minute.
Stop if you experience cramping, pain, bleeding or dizziness.
Stay well hydrated.
Talk to your obstetrician about exercise plans.

You can get tapes for pregnant women. And a good vigorous walk is always okay - just remember your water! Also, there are shape magazinges for pregnant women.

untill u ask the doc dnt perform ne of the excercise.....coz some lead to abortion.. and bleeding
