I am entering class XI.My school offers only physics,chemistry,boilogy.maths in science and mathematics field.If these subjects arent enough or correct please suggest the subjects

you definetely need biology (especially molecular biology and anything to do with genetics, but don't neglect your general biology), you need chemistry (nope, can't escape from it, especially organic chemistry), you need biochemistry, some math and some physics ( you'll eventually find them useful).

hi, which country you belong to..if you are in india, then in 12th too your subjects will remain same...if you want to persue carrier in biotechnology then after 12th either you have to go for B.Sc and then M.Sc in biotechnology or you can also see if their is any degree in biotechnology...
