For most effective timing of sex, you need to know when she is ovulating. A woman can only get pregnant on the day she ovulates, although sex up to 3-5 days earlier can result in sperm still alive and waiting until ovulation occurs.

The semen leaking out is irrelevant. It has done its job--get the sperm into the woman. Then her body takes over the job of keeping them alive.

Once she is pregnant, it doesn't matter if you continue having sex or not--from the perspective of getting pregnant, that is!

To learn to pinpoint ovulation, please read the book, _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It has lots of detailed information on the subject.

You can ask the OB-GyN for help on calculating her ovulation cycle. Home calculations usually go on temperature - a woman's temperature will spike on the day of ovulation. the doctor can explain the method used to determine the ovulation day. You should avoid sex or masturbating for a few days beforehand, so as to increase sperm count.

Although alot of semen will leak out of the vagina, alot will enter the vagina by force, and can have very good chances of fertilising an egg.

You do not need to continue sex (other than for recreation purposes) once you have passed the day or two after ovulation day.

Lots of rest, lack of stress and a properly hydrated body will help your chances.... You might also want to discuss the process of conceiving with a doctor, or get some books on the matter, as you seem to lack some of the more commom knowledge.... good luck!

For the average couple, having sex once per day provides the best chance of becoming pregnant. Sperm can live inside the woman for up to five days, and most women ovulate on day 14 of their cycle, meaning that it is best to have sex around that time.

Here's some info on ovulation
Many women who have an irregular period aren't ovulating. There are a number of ways that you can determine if you are ovulating or not.

The first and easiest way is to get a blood test from your doctor.

You can also buy an at home ovulation predictor kit, although these aren't always 100% accurate.

You can also chart your body basal temperature. On the day of ovulation, and every day after that until the beginning of your next cycle, your temperature is one degree higher than normal. It is recommended that you take your temperature before you get out of bed in the morning, and at the same time as movement affects the reading.

You can also examine the position of your cervix. When you are ovulating, your cervix is low and soft like the inside of your cheek. At all other times, your cervix is high and hard like the tip of your nose.

When you are ovulating, you may feel slight twinges around your ovaries

When you are ovulating, you may notice a difference in your cervical mucus. It should be clear and sticky, and you may be able to spread as much as 5cm string between your thumb and your forefinger. Gross, I know! It needs to be sticky to draw the sperm.

Yeah according to what I've read, women are most fertile on the 14th day after the 1st day of her period. And sperm live about three days in the woman's body, so have sex 2-3 times a week, and you should be okay. She could also monitor her vaginal discharge, and when it gets clear and stringy she's ovulating. But do not ask your partner to stand on her hands (as suggested above). I was told that when trying to get pregnant it helps the sperm if the woman just lies still on her back for an hour afterwards. Good luck!

Have sex every 2-3 days and you shouldn't miss the right date. You probably ovulate 12-16 days after period starts, so as long you're having sex regularly around that time, you won't miss the window. Ovulation predictor tests work pretty well, but read all unstructions and use correctly. Woman should remain lying down for about 30 minutes after sex.

you know... about one week after her period is finished, the egg comes dancing along. There might be some semen from the day before and there might come some along the next day. They live for a couple of days inside there.

If you worry they wont get in there, why dont she stand on her hands by the wall for a few minutes after the sex? That should keep them from going the wrong direction. Seriously.

Munna, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she starts turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that her eggs are being released. If you want her to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.

After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

You must save your sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You should have sex every two or three days this helps ensure that your sperm count is at its highest. No ejaculating except during sex. As far as the sperm coming out, try not pulling out right away.

IF YOU HAVE REGULAR CYCLES THEN OVULATION TAKES PLACE 10-14 DAYS AFTER YOUR LAST PERIOD. YOU CAN CHECK YOUR CERVICAL MUCOUS TOO. WHEN IT IS STICKY AND LOOKS LIKE EGG WHITES THEN YOU ARE MOST FERTILE. THIS MIGHT SOUND GROSS BUT CHECK YOUR CERVIX BY STICKING TWO FINGERS INTO YOUR VAGINA. IF THE CERVIX IS HIGH AND SOFT(IT WILL BE AS SOFT AS YOUR LIPS) THEN YOU ARE MOST FERTILE. AFTER SEX, ELEVATE YOUR HIPS BY PUTTING A PILLOW UNDER YOUR BUTT. REMEMBER IT ONLY TAKES 1 TO GET PREGNANT. GOOD LUCK!
