Paintbrush comes free with Windows. If you have Win Installation disk, Goto Add/Remove prog. -- Windows Setup - Accessory - check paintbrush.....

paintbrush is shipped free with all version of windows.

if you can not find it on start menu, go to control panel-> add remove program-> windows components-> accessories and add it from there.
