When you put a link in an answer, make sure to include the "http://" part

If you don't use that then a web address looks like this www.yahoo.com

If you use it, then you've got a clickable link, http://www.yahoo.com

When you writing the answer and want add the link just right click on "My Q&A" link above and to the right and select "open in new page or tab" than try and find the question or anser you're looking for enter that page, and copy the url in the address box at the top of the screen. than just paste in the source column.
