I don't believe so. Methane gas has a higher density than regular air, therefore the balloon would weigh more than air, and would sink to the bottom.
And you would look like an idiot.

No.. Methane is heavier than air.. But wow... you should try it... I wonder if there is anything in the guiness book of records.. The other thing you'd have to do is have to have amazingly strong muscles in order to inflate the balloon in the first place...
Amazing idea though....
