The Khajurao carvings and Kama Sutra are a part of India culture, so I can see no reason why girls dancing whiteout clothes on television and in movies should be deemed as "against the India culture"

yes. those hindus must be the 2nd horniest people in the world. just look at their population. so if they are acting out their sexuality, i wouldnt be surprised.
