The first thing that comes to mind is peanut butter, orange juice.

Eat things that you like, - then you'll eat more of it.

My son is tube fed, and the Dr put him on ensure. He went from failure to thrive (13 lbs at 3 yr old) to 30 lbs. Now he's 11, and weighs 80 lbs. he is still on ensure but without the fiber. But you might want to check with a doctor to find out what's best for you. But it does work, he's no longer failure to thrive.

Yes insure really works....... however you are probably small because you have a high metabolism. In short yor burn off the fats and energy and do not store it in fat cells. Trust me..... I have been there. My metabolism has slowed way down and I am gaining weight like I never wanted to. Be happy theat you are thin..... some day your classmates will be fat and old looking and you will still be thin!!!

..To gain a few pounds, you could go for a diet which includes full cream milk, cheese, starchy items like potatoes, and meat - along with wheat-bread plus plenty of fibrous greens as well. But make sure that you limit yourself to breakfast, lunch and dinner only - with no junk food in-between !
...Please make sure that these calorie-rich foods just do not accumulate as fat in the wrong places - by regularly opting for mild exercises, such as jogging, swimming, or even brisk walking.
Best 'o Luck !

ensure does work, also slim-fast will put weight on you if you aren't dieting. As you get older your metabolism will slow down and you will probably gain weight faster. You should ask your doctor for advice since he knows your health history. Good Luck!
