If you were healthy enough to dance before you became pregnant, then there's no reason you can't dance now. If you feel uncomfortable or get too overheated, then you'd better stop. Exercise for pregnant women is very beneficial, as long as it's not overdone.

Sure- women all over the world work right up until they give birth, so dancing should be ok (as long as you don't do too many crazy moves like flips!):)

yeah, everyone needs to dance, i dance at least once a day... wait... are you talking about Dancing Dancing? like move your feet and shake your body... god damn, that still goes both way... Well both dancing should be fine i suppose, one more than the other

If you feel comfortable, by all means do it. Your body will tell you when it can't take any more and needs to quit, you just need to listen to it. Have fun and God bless you both.

If you are able to dance, you you still want to dance, it means that you are pretty healthy and you will have wonderful baby. Good luck to you both!

Yes as long as you aren't pulling anything while dancing. I wouldn't jump up and down real hard or anything.

If it is not high impact and you were in the habit of dancing already you will probably be fine.
