context menu strip in vb 2005 ?

we have many object like button1 and button2 and more (i cant do this manual because we create the object in runing situation). all of this object are used the same context menu strip . how i can change the first item of menu strip by opening event as name of object that is calld menu strip ?

check http://www.pscode.com for examples. I don't do vb.Net (I am a vb-6 programmer) but I use that site all the time.
