C.

[delta]L = L0 x [alpha] x [delta]T

[alpha] is the coeff. of linear expansion (23.6 x 10^6 for Al)

or [delta]L = 1.2 x 23.6 x 10^6 x (65 - 15)

or [delta]L = 1.2 x 23.6 x 10^6 x 50

or [delta]L = 0.001416 m

So, the final length is: 1.2 + 0.001416 = 1.201416 m

Answer is C.

procedure
--------------
let change in lenghth be x, original lenghth be y, change in temp be t and the coefficient of linear expanison be p.

x=p*y*t
x=(23.0*10^-6)*(1.2)*(65-15)
x=0.001380 meteres.
so the lenghth at 65 degrees will be 1.2+0.001380 = 1.201380 m

so answer is C

Ehm... this question is strange.... for some reason i came up with 1.4083, but there really isnt enough information.

if it had to be out of these choices, it would definitely be C or D
