Nadal owns Federer....I hate to say it...but it's true.

He's proven he stands a chance. He took him to 5 sets in Rome, and almost managed the same in the French Open final. He even had 2 match points in Rome.
It will be tough though. The clay takes the sting out of Federer's shots, giving Nadal more time to react. Federer's usually smooth movement looks somewhat awkward on clay too. In addition, being the shotmaker, the long rallies can lead to him sometimes picking the wrong shot. With Nadal's game being much more stripped down, he certainly doesn't have the same problem.
Federer doesn't seem to like playing the role of underdog either. His usual look of confidence just isn't there on the dirt.
If he gets enough chances against Nadal, he's bound to clip him sometime, though. Especially without the pressure of the "Roger Slam" bearing down on him. A few matches against Nadal away from the red stuff wouldn't hurt his chances either.

Nadal on clay court is Federer's great challenge of his career. he's lost on at least 3 occassions to him this year alone. Don't think anyone's beaten Federer so many times in recent years. Federer's may need to even go to another level to beat him which only makes their matches more exciting!

Clay court always favours spaniards, coz they are used to that in their native land.So I think Nadal has a greater chance of winning than Fed.
