Diet and exercise... everyone has 'nice' abs ;-) they just have layers of fat hiding it... diet and exercise.

Pilates is great for toning the "core" section of the body, it works relatively quickly as well. General cardio exercise is needed as well as a healthy diet to make your abs at their optimum.

pilates and a well-balanced diet will get you flat abs. if you want toned abs you should also do bicycles. dont forget to do cardio or else youll have muscular abs hidden by a layer of fat.

go 800 sit ups a day. you will see the results in 1 month. :D
