Great beaches, the water is safe to swim in, and there is lots to do. Some of the best beaches I've ever seen. Nice people and great sites.

According to me, Chandigarh is the most beautiful city. Lucknow is also one of the beautiful city. Metro cites are not so clean in its comparison.

Bangalore is the most beautiful as it also has a great climate and also has great night life and very good potential for earning and career. All other cities either mentioned below or otherwise face climatic problems. One biggest advantage with Bangalore is that you find very modern people with cosmopolitan outlooks

Amritsar is pretty clean. And you can't beat the views from Darjiling.
