In terms of size, its unlimited, as long as the server that is hosting your video is large enough... and in terms of resolution, its unlimited, depending on the preferable space and view of that page. Remember, the video will be added by an HTML code, which will not limit the presentation of the video.

i have a video and its small,if you make it bigger it gets blurry.
