Currently, within DC Comics continuity, the Teen Titans lineup consists of:
1) Robin
2) Cyborg
3) Kid Devil
4) Ravager (Rose Wilson)
5) Wonder Girl (kind of)
A very new line up, and not a very well known or powerful one.
The JLA Has been disbanded and no one knows who will be members of the new JLA other than Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman. This will be answered beginning in JLA # 1 in July. It is assumed that at least one GL will be a member, as well as the Martian Manhunter, and probably Booster Gold. Othr than that no other members are known.
the X-Men consists of an entire portion of the Marvel Universe (perhaps the largest portion) consisting of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel Universe.
1) Astonishing X-Men
2) Uncanny X-Men
3) X-Men
4) Cable Deadpool
5) X-Factor
6) Exiles
7) Excalibur
8) Wolverine
9) Wolverine: Origins
10) Storm
11) Alpha Flight
12) New X-Men
Their most powerful members, Omega Level mutants, are mostly still active and all but one (Franklin Richards)are members of the X-Men universe
Active Omegas:
* Elixir (New X-Men)
* Iceman (X-Men)
* Franklin Richards (Fantastic Four - not an X-Men title)
* Vulcan (Uncanny X-Men)
* Rachel Summers (Uncanny X-Men)
* Mr. Immortal (Great Lakes X-Men)
* Proteus displayed a fundamental control over nearly all elements of reality, but could not maintain cohesion without a host body, which he would burn out quickly. His consciousness is presently dispersed. (Exiles)
[edit]
Former Omega-level mutants
* Quentin Quire (Dead. Phoenix Endsong)
* Mister M (Deadish. The 198.)
* Jean Grey (Deadish. Phoenix Endsong.)
* Nate Grey displayed telepathic and telekinetic powers in line or exceeding his mother's, and occasionally manifested an energy display that resembled a phoenix raptor. He sacrificed himself to save the Earth from a malevolent alien species. (Deadish. X-Man)
* Cable displayed powers rivaling Nate Grey's for a brief period when he had purged the technovirus from his system. This was ended by self-inflicted damage to his mind, and a subsequent reintroduction of a techno-organic mesh. (Mostly Depowered. Cable Deadpool.)

If you are talking about the current line ups of those particular groups, I would have to go with the Justice League. The current JL is comprised of the best characters DC comics has to offer- no where else will you find as much power, strength, durability, intelligence, wisdom, experience or longevity. At least 3 of the JL could be considered invincible or nearly so- Superman, Wonder Woman and the Martian Manhunter. Also, Clark Kent, Buce Wayne, and John J'ohnnz are considered to be 3 of the smartest people in the DCU. Between Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, The Green Lantern, and the Martian Manhunter, they could win any battle and solve any crisis. I'd like to see the X-Men or Teen Titans do what the JL can and has done. I think the X-Men would last about 10 minutes on Darkseid's homeworld of Apokolips or trying to stop Mongul, The Cyborg (Hank Henshaw), Warworld and Brainiac. As for the Teen Titans, they have trouble stopping Deathstroke (Slade Wilson), who's sole metahuman power is regeneration. I'd like to see the Teen Titans survive more than five minutes against a serious DCU villian like Eclipso, Monarch, Braniac, Doomsday, Sinestro, or even Lobo on a rampage.
When it comes down to various super groups from the DCU and the Marvelverse, The X-Men and the Teen Titans (in any lineup) are 3rd stringers compared to the current/classic lineup of the Justice League.
I think the only time the X-Men or Teen Titans could have compared to the Justice League was from the late 1980s to the mid 1990s when all those second and third rate characters populated the JL groups (like Ralph Dibney the Elongated Man, Prince Valiant, Johah Hex, Animal Man, and the Crimson Fox)

The Outsiders have my attention right now.
I'm reading the New Avengers, which is okay - I like the fact that Luke Cage & Wolverine are Avengers.
I guess I didn't read enough JLA when I was a kid, just not a big fan of the JLA.

I wanna say XMen, but I almost have to say Justice League--sheer numbers, there's far more JLers than XMen. Can't say Titans, they're just too young to be in the League
